They're ground-level steel containers (not climate-controlled), so for items sensitive to temperature swings, pack accordingly. For everyday household goods, tools, and gear, they keep things dry and protected year-round.
You pay a flat monthly rate plus GST, with no deposit and no admin or hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay, and it's month-to-month so there are no long-term commitments. One thing to note: paying by credit card adds a one-time 3% onboarding fee when you set up a new unit. It's charged once per signup, so if you add more units to your account later, that fee isn't charged again.
Yes. We can add custom shelving to your unit for a small extra monthly fee to keep things organized and up off the floor. You can alternatively bring your own shelving, no problem.
Also, if you'd rather not bring your own lock, we sell sturdy locks for a one-time fee. Just ask when you set up, or call or text and we'll leave one inside of your unit for your arrival.
